Narrative:
On climb out received a ECAM fuel F. Used/ fob disagree. Performed ECAM consulted the manual. Fuel F. Used/ fob disagree procedure sends you to fuel leak procedure; which states land.....as soon as possible. Contacted company via company frequency; ACARS; and phone patch. Asked many times to have a phone patch with mr. X. Tried to have phone patch with mr. Y; unable to communicate. Diverted to ZZZ for overweight landing.
