Narrative:
TCA was inadvertently entered at 11500' in upper tier south of atlanta because of cockpit distraction in good VFR conditions. Upon realization of entry, a rapid descent was made out of TCA prior to boundary of the next lower level and a course change was made to fly out from under the TCA.

Narrative: TCA WAS INADVERTENTLY ENTERED AT 11500' IN UPPER TIER S OF ATLANTA BECAUSE OF COCKPIT DISTR IN GOOD VFR CONDITIONS. UPON REALIZATION OF ENTRY, A RAPID DSCNT WAS MADE OUT OF TCA PRIOR TO BOUNDARY OF THE NEXT LOWER LEVEL AND A COURSE CHANGE WAS MADE TO FLY OUT FROM UNDER THE TCA.
