As we were climbing out I may have accepted a climb to 230 for flight xyxx from crw. Center was working 2 frequencies and when he discovered that he was working xyxx and XXXX he asked that I report this to the company and request a change of flight numbers. Later that same flight at one point there were XXXX; xyxx; and xxyx all on the same frequency. There may have also been a xxyy on also. Identification; ATC saw and realized that he had XXXX and xyxx. Cause; too many similar sounding call signs. ATC working two frequencies.
