Narrative:
We were on final, 500' AGL on G/south, short final. Small aircraft was assigned to land on runway 13L. Instead small aircraft flew perpendicular to the extended centerline of runway 13L crossing it and directly at us. I push our aircraft over and the small aircraft passed about 200' above us. No injuries on board tower was in contact with small aircraft. Also, I spoke afterwards with the tower and the FAA in san antonio. The tower said small aircraft had a student flying it. This student had no right to endanger the lives of others. I'm sure AOPA wouldn't agree. Near midair collision report was filed.

Title: CLOSE PROX ACR-MLG GA-SMA WITH STUDENT PLT FLYING.
Narrative: WE WERE ON FINAL, 500' AGL ON G/S, SHORT FINAL. SMA WAS ASSIGNED TO LAND ON RWY 13L. INSTEAD SMA FLEW PERPENDICULAR TO THE EXTENDED CENTERLINE OF RWY 13L XING IT AND DIRECTLY AT US. I PUSH OUR ACFT OVER AND THE SMA PASSED ABOUT 200' ABOVE US. NO INJURIES ON BOARD TWR WAS IN CONTACT WITH SMA. ALSO, I SPOKE AFTERWARDS WITH THE TWR AND THE FAA IN SAN ANTONIO. THE TWR SAID SMA HAD A STUDENT FLYING IT. THIS STUDENT HAD NO RIGHT TO ENDANGER THE LIVES OF OTHERS. I'M SURE AOPA WOULDN'T AGREE. NMAC RPT WAS FILED.
