Narrative:
While eating my crew meal on a transatlantic flight I accidentally swallowed a piece of broken china and immediately realized I was chewing on some more pieces of the plate. I spit out the food; then saw that there were several more small pieces of broken plate in my food. This is the second flight in a row this has happened. It also happened on my previous flight. A different flight kitchen; but the same crew member working the galley. He was made aware of the first incident. This is a health concern; which really makes this a serious safety of flight concern.
