Narrative:
I was departing and in the initial climb I smelled smoke in the airplane. In a matter of 2 minutes the smoke intensity became alarming and I and my first officer had to use our oxygen masks due to the amount of smoke in the cabin; we were also having trouble seeing due to the smoke. At xa:40 I made an emergency descent into to our departure airport and told center of the problem I was having. We landed without incident and evacuated the airplane and contacted the local fire department to meet us at FBO. The fireman inspected the airplane and a report was filled out with him and was documented. At xa:50 I contacted dispatch and made him aware of the problem. I then was asked by dispatcher to fly the airplane home. I explained to dispatch that the plane was illegal to fly home per the MEL. I also explained to the dispatcher that the plane had to be inspected and the flap motor problem had to be resolved before the plane could fly home; per the FAA. I was then asked by management at approximately xd:00 local time if I was comfortable flying the plane home and I responded; no. He then asked me to have the inbound pilots call him when they arrived in another aircraft and see if they would fly the plane home. When pilots arrived at approximately xe:00 local time; I explained to them the situation and they both decided not to fly the airplane home. We then contacted dispatch at approximately xe:05 and explained that we were all coming home in just arrived aircraft.

Title: A BE200 cabin filled with smoke after takeoff. The crew donned oxygen masks and returned to the departure airport. The Company later attempted to have the crew fly the aircraft home before addressing the problem.
