Narrative:
For the past year; we have been inundated with an immense amount of flat tires on our training aircraft; specifically the piper warriors; which are the majority of our training fleet. We have been averaging about one flat tire per week; mostly nose wheel tires but also quite a few mains. We believe that as of right now the primary culprits are the tubes; which appear to be littered with small pin holes and/or little slices after they have gone flat. We have tried three different brands of tires and tubes but are still getting flat tubes regardless of which tire we use. We are having the same issues with all of them.
