Narrative:
We were air carrier X, and were cleared for takeoff runway 14L at ord. At approximately 110 KTS we heard the tower tell air carrier Y to go around. At rotation we noticed air carrier Y going around from his approach on runway 22R and he passed above us at approximately 200-300'. Air carrier Y was given vectors for another approach and we were turned over to departure control.
