Narrative:
Both auto pressurization systems failed at the same time on climbout. Accomplished procedure and after talking to dispatch; captain decided to continue with manual pressurization. Auto throttles were already placarded inoperative. Additionally; received 'trailing edge disagree' while landing at destination. Accomplished QRH procedure and landed without problems.

Title: B767 flight crew reports being dispatched with auto throttles inoperative; then having both auto pressurization controllers fail at FL200. Flight continued to destination using manual control and experienced a trailing edge flap disagree during approach. One reporter laments the increasing frequency of aircraft system failures at his air carrier.
