Narrative:
Tower cleared us for takeoff on runway 10. As the power was advanced for takeoff; the aircraft began to slide to the right. Rejected takeoff procedures were completed by the pilot flying due to directional control issues. The right main gear tires got caught in the unplowed area along the edge of runway 10; producing enough drag to pull the right main tire off of the runway approximately 1;000-1;200 ft from the threshold. Aircraft was stopped with the nose and left main gear on the runway and the right main gear off the runway. Airport operations arrived to remove the snow from the edges of the runway and we were able to taxi back to FBO under our own power. Flight information was given to the tower via telephone. No damage to aircraft or injuries to passengers or crew.
