Narrative:
While on approach to ege we were cleared to 13000 MSL for the visual. We were unable to get the visual and were cleared to 13;300 and direct voaxa when able. At this time our flaps failed inoperative at 3 degrees. We then asked to vectors to voaxa to help us set up the approach and run the emergency checklist. While doing this we reached 13500. Den center then said climb and maintain 14000. We continued the approach without any other deviations and a no flap landing.
