Narrative:
I was flying small transport X enroute from bfl to sba. We had been cleared for landing on runway 25. Upon touching down, another plane (possibly an small transport Y) passed directly overhead taking off from intersecting runway 33R. Tower operator, when questioned about what happened, stated (on tower frequency 119.7) that he had lost track of our position cleared the small transport Y for takeoff from the intersecting runway. He also stated that both aircraft had been given proper clrncs for their movements.
