Narrative:
Numerous extra targets were viewed on the scope; then the tracks jumped onto other beacons. Very unsafe situation. Did not know when or where to call traffic. Recommendation; again; the interface that tells eram (en route automation modernization) how to react to targets and aggressive tracking has to be addressed.
