Title: A CRJ200 First Officer reported that a 4000' altitude depicted on the aircraft's FMS for the CVG ILS RWY 36R Final Approach Fix TROYF is incorrect. The actual charted altitude is 2400'. The Reporter's Air Carrier recently changed database suppliers.
