Narrative:
On takeoff we had a burning smell in the cockpit followed by a takeoff configuration horn. The horn came on just past 80 KTS and we aborted the takeoff. We went through the abort checklist; talked to all parties involved and returned to the gate after checking the brake cooling chart.
