Narrative:
Had emergency situation on takeoff. Baggage door open light on annunciator panel and pitch trim system failure resulting in loss of pitch trim. Returned to airport and landed. While dealing with emergency situation inadvertently allowed aircraft to climb above 2000 ft; which was assigned by tower.

Title: A Beechcraft Premier 'Baggage Door Open' light illuminated and the pitch trim failed shortly after takeoff. The pilot returned to land at the departure airport.
Narrative: Had emergency situation on takeoff. Baggage Door Open light on annunciator panel and pitch trim system failure resulting in loss of pitch trim. Returned to airport and landed. While dealing with emergency situation inadvertently allowed aircraft to climb above 2000 FT; which was assigned by Tower.
