Narrative:
Tower had cleared us to runway 30R; then we were abruptly changed to runway 12R and the cirrus was also cleared to runway 12R and he passed below us from behind very close. He never saw us.

Title: A Navion Pilot reported that after a Local Controller changed Runways from 12 to 30 a near miss occurred between his aircraft and another maneuvering for the newly assigned runway.
Narrative: Tower had cleared us to Runway 30R; then we were abruptly changed to Runway 12R and the Cirrus was also cleared to Runway 12R and he passed below us from behind very close. He never saw us.
