Narrative:
This is not an event. This report serves to point out two ambiguities in IFR charting in northern california; which could potentially be a hazard to flight safety. 1) lakeport; ca: lampson field (1o2). The take-off minimums and departure procedures shows a departure procedure which requires the use of the lop NDB (lampson non-directional beacon); which no longer exists. The lop NDB was decommissioned and no longer appears on any charts. There used to be a NOTAM stating this departure procedure was not authorized; but that has been removed. The airport now appears to have a valid departure procedure that references a nonexistent navigational source. 2) arcata/eureka; ca: arcata airport (acv). There are two ILS approach procedures to this airport; with different feeder routes. There is an 'ILS 32' and an 'ILS or localizer/DME 32' procedure. When cleared by ATC for an ILS approach; there is no distinction in terminology between the procedures. One of the approaches used to be called 'ILS DME 32 approach' but that name has been changed; creating this ambiguity. If an aircraft is approaching fot (the fortuna VOR) and is cleared for the 'ILS 32 approach;' it is unclear if the pilot should depart fot on heading of 050 degrees to knees; or a heading of 034 degrees to korbe.

Title: A Reporter noted that the Lampson Field (102) NACO departure procedure uses the decommissioned LOP NDB. Additionally; ACV has two ILS 32 approaches available; although one is an ILS OR LOC DME 32. Each ILS has a different Initial Approach Fix transition; which when cleared for either approach may create course and clearance confusion.
