Narrative:
FL370 cruise flight deviating for weather. Sick passenger and medlink/dispatch called. Engine air bleed 2 fault ECAM; followed ECAM procedures/QRH. Mx notified. Approximately 5 minutes later; engine air bleed 1 fault occurred. Loss of both packs. Cabin altitude was rising quickly approximately 10;500 feet. Emergency descent was conducted. No passenger oxygen deployed. An emergency was declared and diverted to ZZZ on captains authority. Normal landing.

Title: A319 Captain reports Eng 2 Bleed Air Fault ECAM at FL370 followed 5 minutes later with an Eng 1 Bleed Air Fault; rendering both packs inoperative. An emergency descent ensues with a divert to a suitable airport.
