Narrative:

Copilot takeoff; [there was] no airspeed indication on his side. [We] aborted. Also no FMA's or V speeds due to no FMS training and not knowing they had to be re-entered on runway change. Airspeed loss probably due to the three hours maintenance spent in cockpit pulling and resetting numerous circuit breakers while replacing copilot FMS and doing all the checks. At least this is what maintenance told us.
