As we where descending into our destination; we received 'spoileron and flight splr' caution messages. We completed the appropriate checklist; made runway assessments; advised dispatch; maintenance control; the flight attendants and passengers. We then declared an emergency.

Title: A CRJ-200 Flight Crew followed the QRH; declared an emergency and landed following receipt of a Spoileron/Flight Spoiler caution message.
