Narrative:
I noticed a C172 approaching from 1 o'clock; within 100 feet of cruising altitude. There was less than 10 seconds until impact. As PIC; I took evasive action by rolling into an excessive right bank and diving away to the right. The two aircraft passed each other by ~300 feet horizontally and ~75 vertically. I broke the dive and came around to see the aircraft. The other aircraft did not change heading or altitude during the incident.
