Narrative:
Received a left+right wing tk lo lvl ECAM; with land as soon as possible message. Fuel quantity was normal; and we had done several fuel quantity checks enroute. Suspect the opening of the outer wing tank valves caused this momentary ECAM; which did go away.

Title: A320 Captain experienced a L+R wing tank low level ECAM message during approach. Fuel quantity was normal and ECAM quickly disappeared.
Narrative: Received a L+R WING TK LO LVL ECAM; with land ASAP message. Fuel quantity was normal; and we had done several fuel quantity checks enroute. Suspect the opening of the outer wing tank valves caused this momentary ECAM; which did go away.
