Narrative:

Had to change a right nose landing gear tire and wheel assembly on a 767-300 aircraft and evidently when I installed the right hand nose gear tire and wheel assembly; the outboard spacer washer was not installed. The tire was found at the gate by our company mechanic and he installed the tire and wheel assembly with the correct washer and axle nut. No damage was found to the nose landing gear axle on strut assembly.
