Narrative:

My partner in the aircraft (co-owner) hadn't flown for several months and wanted me to fly with him. He was in left seat. We went to allentown queen city airport and entered pattern after appropriate clrncs from abe approach and local unicom. A normal approach and landing was made west/O incident. However, as the aircraft accelerated I (in right seat) inadvertently raised landing gear. Aircraft settled to the ground and stopped. I was the PIC and did something out of sequence from the right seat from which side I almost never fly the airplane. Subsequent to the incident we found we had both forgotten to have the aircraft annual up to date. Two stupid errors one of commission and one of oversight.
