Narrative:
During the roundout phase of landing on runway 29 at phl rolled violently to the left. It took full control deflection to the right to stop the roll and regain control of the aircraft. I suspect either an aircraft was adding power to taxi onto runway 22R or an aircraft on runway 22R was pwred up awaiting takeoff clearance.

Title: DURING LNDG FLARE AT PHL, MLG ROLLED VIOLENTLY WHEN ABOUT 6' ABOVE THE GND.
Narrative: DURING THE ROUNDOUT PHASE OF LNDG ON RWY 29 AT PHL ROLLED VIOLENTLY TO THE LEFT. IT TOOK FULL CONTROL DEFLECTION TO THE RIGHT TO STOP THE ROLL AND REGAIN CONTROL OF THE ACFT. I SUSPECT EITHER AN ACFT WAS ADDING PWR TO TAXI ONTO RWY 22R OR AN ACFT ON RWY 22R WAS PWRED UP AWAITING TKOF CLRNC.
