Narrative:
ATC cleared us to maintain 2000 ft. Cleared ILS 6 teb. Crew failed to cross dandy intersection at the mandatory 1500 ft. ATC pointed this out to us then re-cleared us for the approach and advised us there was no loss of separation. Inadequate CRM and approach briefing were factors in this incident.

Title: An air taxi flight crew failed to comply with the mandatory 1500 MSL crossing restriction at DANDY on the ILS 6 IAP to TEB.
Narrative: ATC cleared us to maintain 2000 FT. Cleared ILS 6 TEB. Crew failed to cross DANDY intersection at the mandatory 1500 FT. ATC pointed this out to us then re-cleared us for the approach and advised us there was no loss of separation. Inadequate CRM and approach briefing were factors in this incident.
