Narrative:
I was working the jaxon sector. I had noticed a B757-200 right of course after I had already issued a frequency change. I immediately called the sector above mine to advise them of what I was seeing and apreqed control for the chicago sector that was talking to the aircraft; so that they might correct the route of flight. My d-side simultaneously was calling the chicago sector and advised them that we were observing a deviation. I told my d-side that chicago could have control with the sector above mine as my apreq was approved. He complied. A few moments later we observed a course correction. This is becoming a common occurrence with aircraft that are filing J34 after alpha.
