Narrative:
With a student in local practice area, took strong evasive action to avoid aircraft at 10 O'clock at altitude we were climbing through. Near hit by 100-200 yds. They apparently never saw us. Upon landing saw aircraft parked at our field. Asked around and found out it was local accident prevention specialist. Oh well.
