Title: An A320 flight crew failed to make a crossing restriction on arrival to SFO. Reporter felt that excessive numbers of NOTAMS contributed to their workload and confusion.
Narrative: FMS database shows ARCHII at 7;000. Cleared to descend on the FMS bridge visual. Too many FDC Notams for SFO with irrelevant info. Missed info on Notams. Chart was overlooked.
