Narrative:
In cruise; at FL450; we experienced a 'door seal' annunciator and associated master caution light. We donned our oxygen masks and proceeded in accordance with the checklist. I suspect that water from the humid air was condensed to the sides of the door on the ground at our departure point from the running of the air conditioner. In flight; this water froze and the ice prevented the door seal from inflating normally.
Original NASA ASRS Text
Title: A C525's 'DOOR SEAL' light illuminated at FL450. The emergency checklist was complied with. Frozen moisture on the door seal was the suspected cause.
