Title: SFO Controller described an over take event involving traffic on final for the parallel Runway 28L/R; noting a large aircraft was permitted to pass a small aircraft; adding NCT Sectors should not allow this type of event.
Narrative: A small aircraft; was passed by an A320; a large aircraft; inside the final approach fix. Recommendation; Woodside and Foster Sectors be trained not to let this sort of situation take place.
