Narrative:

First officer flying pushed the throttles up; I put my hands on throttles; called 80 knots; at 90 knots received master warning flap configuration. Aborted the takeoff; turned off and looked at brake cooling table then taxied back to gate. The flaps were in correct position of 5 degrees. Did not get the configuration warning horn when the throttles were first pushed up. Switched airplanes and then off again; so don't know why we received the master warning.
