Narrative:
A MD83 declared emergency at FL310 with engine failure requesting FL210 and return the departure airport. I then issued the MD83 descent clearance to FL240. I issued the MD83 a return clearance and descent to FL200. I issued a 30 degree left turn to another a B737 to go around MD83. Then I issued another air carrier a 20 degree left turn for the MD83. I issued a traffic alert to the MD83 and he reported the other air carrier in sight.
