Narrative:
Upon arrival I was informed that 5 cases of alcohol 'comat' had been removed from cargo bin. These cases had not been listed on the weight and balance form. We were not aware that this had been put on aircraft. Aside from the fact that carriage of alcohol in this manner is questionable under current company and hazmat policies; it is highly irregular to put undocumented cargo on board. The ramifications of this are dangerous and unsafe. I had no idea what I was carrying; was it dangerous; hazardous; illegal? Who did it belong to? The need to document correctly and notify flight crew of every item being carried aboard other than regular passenger bags is paramount to the safe operation of the aircraft.

Title: A320 Captain is informed after gate arrival that the cargo bin contained some unlisted COMAT that consisted of five cases of alcohol.
