Narrative:
Taxiing into the gate everything was behind the line. There was a belt loader parked on the captain's side of the plane with someone sitting in it. As I was taxiing in and about abeam him he moved the entire belt loader out of the area from behind the line and into my protected boxed area. He was looking in the opposite direction. Not only was it very distracting it was also unsafe.
