Narrative:

I was the flying pilot on our ferry leg from oak. We taxied from the general aviation ramp for a runway 29 departure. We were directed to have a wheels up time from runway 29 at xa:00 for flow to our destination. The taxi speed was slow/normal in consideration of maximum landing weight due to the proximity of our destination. During taxi; normal braking and power application were used to maintain taxi speed however no extreme limits were met. We had no indication of any abnormalities until we made the turn from taxiway B to west. On the turn the aircraft began to skid to the right. I got the plane back on the centerline and felt that there was an issue of control on the left side of the plane. We stopped on taxiway west just beyond the turn from B and asked ground control if they could comment on anything abnormal with the left main tire. They said it looked like it was flat. At that point looking out the left window; smoke appeared by the left main. We told ground to have the fire trucks come over to investigate; and that we were going to shutdown and exit the aircraft. We shutdown and upon exiting the aircraft discovered the left main tire assembly was on fire. The fire department put out the fire and afterwards we discovered that the right main tire had also gone flat - without any fire or smoke on that side.

Title: A corporate jet taxiing from the general aviation ramp to Runway 29 at OAK suffered two flat main gear tires and a fire on the left main gear.

Narrative: I was the flying pilot on our ferry leg from OAK. We had no indication of any abnormalities until we made the turn from Taxiway B to W. On the turn the aircraft began to skid to the right. I got the plane back on the centerline and felt that there was an issue of control on the left side of the plane. We stopped on Taxiway W just beyond the turn from B and asked Ground Control if they could comment on anything abnormal with the left main tire. They said it looked like it was flat. At that point looking out the left window; smoke appeared by the left main. We told Ground to have the fire trucks come over to investigate; and that we were going to shutdown and exit the aircraft.
