Narrative:
I was cleared for takeoff on runway 10L. ATC informed me that the aircraft on final was for 10R. I saw that aircraft on about 1/2 mile final but did not notice whether it was exactly lined up for 10R. My copilot completed the lineup checklist and we taxied passed the 10L hold short line and onto the runway. At that point the landing aircraft crossed the threshold of 10L and I stopped. I called ATC to confirm the runway that the landing aircraft was cleared to land on; and was told 10R. The landing aircraft acknowledged the mistake and apologized as he was making his touch and go. The problem was an aircraft mistakenly landing on runway 10L when he was actually cleared to land on 10R.
