Narrative:
This engine was received from a contract maintenance vendor at ZZZ. Vendor is responsible for installing qec (quick engine change) and rigging and testing. Discrepancies noted on work order were discovered while accomplishing a visual inspection and checking area's that have experienced repetitive problems. Better quality (assurance) oversight [of vendor] is required to assure these repetitive discrepancies are corrected.

Title: An Engine Shop Mechanic reports about receiving another CF-34-3B1 engine from a Contract Maintenance Vendor with repetitive discrepancies involving QEC (Quick Engine Change) components; rigging and testing of the engine. Mechanic also noted the lack of adequate Quality Assurance oversight by his carrier of the Contract Vendor's work.
