Narrative:
Poor visibility of taxiway sign leading off runway. Signs point out into field where no taxiway exists. Some parts of the taxiway have no center line painted and no taxi-line lead offs from the runway to the taxiway. Poor lighting at airport at the way around makes airport very unsafe. Hard to see parked airplane around ramp near FBO and other corporate aircraft.
