Narrative:
Taxiing out for departure runway 22L ord received final takeoff weights over ACARS. TOGW [take off gross weight] was 203;943 pounds. Flaps 15 atgw [allowable takeoff gross weight] for runway 22L was 204.8. Flaps 5 atgw was 205.0. We planned and executed a flaps 5 takeoff. Four minutes after takeoff we received over ACARS new final weights showing tog 205;924 which was 924 pounds over atgw for runway 22L for both flaps 5 and 15. No ACARS messages were received for load planning other than the final weights prior to takeoff.
