Narrative:
Inbound into hts we realized through notams and ATIS that the runway length on runway 12-30 had changed to be about 500 feet longer and the commercial chart had not been updated. Since we knew things were different and were flying in day VMC conditions we landed without incident or any situational awareness issues on runway 12. However once we preflighted for the flight back; and taxied out for departure on runway 30; we started noticing that the current notams; takeoff/landing data and the commercial charts were not making a clear picture of how the airport actually looked. Here is what we noticed... -Extension of rwy 12-30 is on the west end and notams do not indicate which end; just that the length has changed. Takeoff/landing data does not reflect changes to runway 12-30 but the data is valid since takeoff is from the same point as before changes were made on rwy 12 and 30 since there is more usable runway down field in both directions. -Taxiways leading to runway 30 not depicted accurately; commercial chart 10-9 diagram shows two when there is only 1. Plus runway 30 now has a displaced threshold which adds to the confusion. -There is no way to determine taxiways leading to the new end of 12 since it is not charted and notams don't indicate they exist. If I remember correctly you have to cross runway 12 midfield to get to the new taxiway leading to the end of runway 12. Overall; it was confusing to put the pieces together and wrap your head around everything. For us; we landed in day VMC conditions making it simpler. At night and/or in IFR conditions could cause issues for future crews. Commercial chart 10-9 needs to be updated as soon as possible. There could have been a commercial chart 10-8 issued to help understand the changes undergoing at the airport. Notams could reflect which end of the runway was lengthened.

Title: THS Runway 12/30 has been extended 500' at the West end; Runway 2/21 is closed and Taxiway G has been extended to the new Runway 12/30 west end. Current commercial and government charts do not reflect the changes.
