Narrative:
During the retraction of the landing gear after departure from chino, a hydraulic line broke depleting the landing gear activating system of fluid. I cycled the selector valve to the down position and the landing gear free-fell to the down position, however the downlock lights failed to illuminate indicating an unsafe condition. A flyby of the tower revealed that the landing gear were down. During the rollout, both main landing gear retracted causing the propeller to strike the runway. I had already turned the ignition off and pulled the mixture, but the propeller continued to windmill to a stop bending both blades aft at the tips. After exiting the airplane, the tower controller whom I knew personally asked if I wished to write this up. Since I was going to repair the aircraft anyway, I said it didn't matter to me, so we let the paperwork go at that. I removed the aircraft from the runway approximately 6 or 7 mins after T/D and took it to my hangar.

Title: GEAR COLLAPSED ON LNDG ROLLOUT ACCOUNT BROKEN HYDRAULIC LINE.
Narrative: DURING THE RETRACTION OF THE LNDG GEAR AFTER DEP FROM CHINO, A HYD LINE BROKE DEPLETING THE LNDG GEAR ACTIVATING SYS OF FLUID. I CYCLED THE SELECTOR VALVE TO THE DOWN POS AND THE LNDG GEAR FREE-FELL TO THE DOWN POS, HOWEVER THE DOWNLOCK LIGHTS FAILED TO ILLUMINATE INDICATING AN UNSAFE CONDITION. A FLYBY OF THE TWR REVEALED THAT THE LNDG GEAR WERE DOWN. DURING THE ROLLOUT, BOTH MAIN LNDG GEAR RETRACTED CAUSING THE PROP TO STRIKE THE RWY. I HAD ALREADY TURNED THE IGNITION OFF AND PULLED THE MIXTURE, BUT THE PROP CONTINUED TO WINDMILL TO A STOP BENDING BOTH BLADES AFT AT THE TIPS. AFTER EXITING THE AIRPLANE, THE TWR CTLR WHOM I KNEW PERSONALLY ASKED IF I WISHED TO WRITE THIS UP. SINCE I WAS GOING TO REPAIR THE ACFT ANYWAY, I SAID IT DIDN'T MATTER TO ME, SO WE LET THE PAPERWORK GO AT THAT. I REMOVED THE ACFT FROM THE RWY APPROX 6 OR 7 MINS AFTER T/D AND TOOK IT TO MY HANGAR.
