Narrative:
Initial post flight inspection revealed right main inboard tire suffered partial delamination. A closer inspection by maintenance revealed that the delaminated piece of tire impacted the right inboard section of flaps; deforming the flap such that it caused contact with the fuselage when flaps were in the retracted position.
