Narrative:

We were instructed to taxi in via 'P' and 'Q' by the tower. After crossing 30L; the captain appeared as though he was not going to comply with these instructions and veered towards the left continuing on 'P'. I motioned with my finger for the captain to continue to the right and stated verbally we needed to stay to the right and proceed on to taxi way 'Q'. The captain did not respond nor did he correct his course. I asked the tower to repeat their instructions and we were told that it was ok if we continued on 'P' to the gate. I then asked the tower what the original instructions were; and the tower stated I was correct and that the instructions were to join taxiway 'Q' to the gate. I asked if there was going to be a problem and the tower replied 'no; you are o.k.' the captain's response was 'oh no; you got me; better fill out a NASA form'.yesterday we were departing out of bwi on the terpz 2 RNAV SID. We were told to proceed direct to terpz and join the departure. The captain was hand flying with raw data. I selected direct terpz in the FMS and the captain agreed and I executed. He then continued to hand fly raw data while staying right of course. He was making small corrections; so I assumed he would eventually get back on course. The turn came for wonce intersection and the captain made the turn but did not put in any cross wind correction and we drifted 1 dot right of course again. After finally realizing the captain would never get back on course and seeing him drift further right I stated; 'I see you are one dot right of course'. The captain responded by quickly selecting the flight director and autopilot 'on' without asking me; the non flying pilot; to select it. The captain then stated 'you need to just calm down; I was only one dot in terminal mode'. I then explained to the captain the the proper procedure for flying an RNAV departure is to; at a minimum; have the flight director up for course guidance per the flight standards manual. He then repeated I need to just calm down. I stated I was calm and I only want him to comply with the flight standards manual. I was told to calm down again. I then ended the conversation.on the next leg we had an inoperative APU. After coordinating with the ramp personnel the captain stated he was starting the #2 engine. I asked if he wanted the starting engines checklist. He said; 'no; I do not'. I then repeated the question and he repeated 'no; I do not; I am starting the #2 engine.' after the captain started the #2 engine he then called for the starting engines checklist. Company procedures dictate that we run the first part of the starting engines checklist prior to starting the engines; this is why I asked the captain twice. We then performed the checklist and pushed after the engine was started. After we pushed and called for taxi from the ramp tower; they informed us that we were now going to depart from a different runway. The captain called for the runway change checklist. I then performed the required items contained within the checklist; i.e. V-speeds; performance; etc. I then asked the captain if I had 'gotten everything'. Instead of answering my question he just called for the 'runway change checklist'. I said 'yes captain I understand you want the checklist; did I miss anything before I run the check list?' he said; 'you are not listening to me; I said runway change checklist!' I performed the checklist and noticed I did miss the thrust setting. I corrected it and we were on our way. It was my leg and I called for the autopilot on shortly after takeoff and then called for the cowls on when we entered icing conditions. The captain said; 'I am not going to turn them on unless you say please.' I refused to submit and did not say please. I called again 'cowls on'. After several minutes in icing conditions the captain finally turned on the cowls and asked; 'are you going to be this way for the rest of the trip or are you going to be nice?' I did not answer the captain's question. He then said 'you don't need to take anything out on me; I understand you are losing your job; but you don't need to take that out on me.' I told the captain I was not taking anything out on him. I just wanted him to comply and fly per the flight standards manual. He then stated 'I guess you are going to be this way for the rest of the trip.' I did not respond and we continued without further incident.
