Narrative:
Worked a scheduled slide change per the jobcard XXXX; to the best of my knowledge the job was completed in accordance with this card. The door assist arm/disarm lever was found to be safetied in the disarm position. I don't know if any maintenance had been done to this door since then. The configuration error was corrected after ZZZ inspection found it.

Title: A Mechanic reports that after he had replaced a door slide on an A330 aircraft; the Door Assist Arm/Disarm lever was found safetied in the Disarm position by an Inspector at a downline Maintenance Station.
Narrative: Worked a scheduled slide change per the Jobcard XXXX; to the best of my knowledge the job was completed in accordance with this card.
