Narrative:
Shortly after takeoff 'tat probe' EICAS message illuminated. Completed irregular procedure and contacted maintenance. Was informed that the tat heat circuit breaker was non approved for cycling and could only do so by exercising emergency authority. I chose to do so cycling circuit breaker(s) L-24 and R-25 to no avail. Inoperative components were autothrottle; TAS indications; tmc; LNAV; VNAV; and FMC time and fuel scores.

Title: A B757-200's EICAS alerted TAT PROBE shortly after takeoff which caused the loss of autothrottles; TAS indicator; TMC; LNAV; VNAV; TIME and fuel totals. Under his emergency authority the Captain reset the circuit breaker to no avail.
Narrative: Shortly after takeoff 'TAT PROBE' EICAS message illuminated. Completed irregular procedure and contacted Maintenance. Was informed that the TAT heat circuit breaker was non approved for cycling and could only do so by exercising emergency authority. I chose to do so cycling CB(s) L-24 and R-25 to no avail.
