Aircraft X was executing a GPS 34 approach to the myl airport. During the approach the aircraft was terminated and sent to advisory frequency. Sometime later the aircraft returned to frequency declaring a missed approach due to a plow on the runway. There were no NOTAMS referencing plows on the runway or any NOTAMS referencing any hazardous runway condition. Recommendation; some form of notification when runways are being plowed.
