Narrative:
While investigating a map light inoperable situation we discovered a recirculation fan circuit breaker had popped. The captain requested the jumpseat occupant to reset the breaker. Upon resetting; a call from the flight attendants reported an electrical odor. The breaker was pulled at the request of the captain and the odor was reported as diminished.

Title: B737 First Officer describes discovering a tripped recirculation fan circuit breaker and resetting it at the Captain's direction. Shortly a Flight Attendant informs the crew of electrical fumes in the cabin. The circuit breaker is pulled back out with the desired results.
Narrative: While investigating a map light inoperable situation we discovered a recirculation fan circuit breaker had popped. The Captain requested the jumpseat occupant to reset the breaker.
