Narrative:

The forcast weather for cle was 1/2 mile visibility fzfg vvi. Upon reaching cle the runway in use was 6L and the weather at the time was 2 1/2 fzfg sn -5/-7. Executed the ILS for 6L broke out at about 2100 ft had a successful landing on a contaminated runway. Touchdown was fair-good; roll out was fair-poor. Exited the runway at taxiway bravo; I was unable to exit at romeo due to the poor braking action. My anti-skid was cycling repeatedly. Had to very cautiously make the right turn off of 6L. Once on taxiway bravo the braking conditions were poor at best. My anti-skid cycled occasionally as I slowed the aircraft with brakes only. Thrust reverse was used very little as it causes poor visibility due to blowing snow. The tower cleared us to taxi on bravo; cross 6R; join romeo and contact ground control. Ground control instructed us to use romeo to join lima taxiway. I proceeded to cross 6R and started the slight left turn to join romeo taxiway at which time the aircraft started to skid and slide slightly forward and to the right. I used both the brakes and a small amount of thrust reverse to try to stop the direction that the aircraft was heading. In an effort not to damage the nose gear I straightened the nose using the tiller and the aircraft direction and the plane came to a stop on the right side of runway 6R. From that point we contacted ground control and advised them that the aircraft was stuck in an unplowed area just south of the romeo taxiway. There was no damage to the aircraft or to the airport property. There were also no injuries to any passengers. After some communication we had the passengers transported to the FBO and then made the appropriate arrangements to have the aircraft removed from the area that it was in and towed back to the FBO. At that time we had a mechanic inspect the gear. Once the inspection was complete we then fueled; de-iced and anti-iced and departed.
